HOW WE LEARN

Shalom everyone! Welcome to your online classroom. 

Every week, as part of their homework, the students will be asked to teach their parents about a specific topic that was covered in class.  We will post the topic for each week in this section of the website,on each class's page, along with pertinient links to the information.

We will be using a method known as "learning by teaching."   According to Dale's Cone of Experience (1969), students that learn something, and then teach that information to someone else, retain 90% of what they have learned.

Our goal with this is to help students consolidate what they have learned, and give parents an opportunity to partner with us in educating their children.  I look forward to hearing from you - your thoughts and feedback are always welcome!
